Obsession comes in many forms. Ours first began in Barcelona when we encountered the anchovy stuffed olive. Rich with umami, meaty, and layered with flavor (and not at all fishy), these are simply sublime. Often served as a snack with vermut or wine, these crush in pinxtos and ice-cold martinis.
