Gluten-Free Maccheroni Pasta

No way, no wheat! This GF pasta is made with just two ingredients — corn flour and rice flour — and hand-crafted using old-world techniques. It's bronze-cut and air-dried at room temperature for 70-80 hours, giving it a rich color, velvety texture, and deep flavor. 

GF pasta needs a little extra attention. Alessandro from Caponi recommends adding one tablespoon of olive oil to the water and tasting the pasta at the first suggested cook time to check doneness.
