Made in La Rioja from a generations-old recipe, this mild chorizo gets its signature aroma from sweet smoked Pimentón de la Vera — the paprika that sets Spanish chorizo apart from any other. All natural and with no artificial preservatives, it's fully dry-cured and ready to eat. Pair with cheese and wine, or a chunk of crusty bread. We like it warmed in the pan and thrown into a breakfast burrito.
