Caribbean Punch Cookies
These soft-baked vegan cookies are a riff on Sorrel, a Caribbean holiday drink made with hibiscus flowers and spices. Tart, lightly sweet and a little gingery. A real crowd pleaser.
Tubby's Taste won our 2023 Pantry Playoffs event. Over 150 guests voted for their favorite locally made goods from eight Chicago vendors. A well-earned gold medal.
