This pumpkin-shaped baked brie is going on all our autumn cheese boards. It's a quick and easy crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 wheel of your favorite brie
- pretzel stick and sage leaves for stem
- crackers, fruit, jams, etc
Directions
1. Wrap brie wheel in puff pastry sheet. Wrap with kitchen twine to create a pumpkin shape and tie.
2. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 or until the puff pastry is a perfect golden brown.
3. Let cool 5 minutes, remove twine, cut open and serve!
Pro tip: add a layer of jam between the puff pastry and brie before wrapping it up!
