This one's for the garlic lovers. Created by Chicago Chef Stephanie Izard, this chili crunch is a savory blend of Hondashi (Japanese bonito stock), sesame seeds, crunchy garlic and crispy masa chips. Put it on cheeseburgers, chicken, sushi, or wherever a kick of extra umami is needed.
