• Blackening Rub: Make a spicy, crispy, smoky fish filet or chicken breast. Dip protein in butter, thoroughly coat with seasoning, and cook over med-high heat till dark and crusty.
• Piri Piri: A Portuguese-inspired bittersweet, spicy, garlicky, fruity, herbaceous blend. Try with traditional Portuguese recipes or a nice roasted chicken.
• Jerk Seasoning: Smoky, spicy, and fragrant. Sprinkle over protein, mix into guac or tinned fish, or create a Caribbean marinade.
