Thai Larb


Larb is a minced meat cold dish traditionally made with ground chicken or pork, though we like it with tofu crumbles and diced mushrooms sautéed like ground meat. Sweet and tart with a kiss of heat, larb makes for a light yet satisfying meal. Best served in red cabbage lettuce cups with a side of rice.
