Cold smoked over oak for a smoky, brittle salt pyramid that can be used for finishing on seafood, grilled meat, deviled eggs, or anywhere a hint of smoke is needed. We like to add a pinch to a Bloody Mary or margarita.

Four generations of the Osborne family have been hand-harvesting the naturally formed pyramid crystals in Maldon, England since 1882.
