Created by Chicago Chef Stephanie Izard, this chili crunch is a zesty, tangy, mildly spicy blend of ancho chili and guajillo peppers with a kiss of lime, and has crispy masa chips for texture and crunch. Use in place of salsa on tortilla chips, or add to tacos, veggies, chilaquiles, ceviche and more.
