Meet the Vendors

Giardonnaise
@giardonnaise

"We love Chicago and all the love that comes from it. We love giardiniera and mayonnaise and all the things to put them on! We believe mayo is a great conduit to our city and its cuisine. We believe food is life and life is food. We believe our product is delicious and believe other people will think so too!"

Nooish
@nooishfoods

"I was inspired to elevate my food traditions for the masses to enjoy in an easy and accessible way. NOOISH is a modern Jewish comfort food brand making instant matzo ball soup (think cup noodle, but matzo ball soup)."

Jun Bug
@junbugkombucha

"Raw local honey kombucha brewed lovingly in Chicago. Jun or jun tea is a drink brewed with green tea, sweetened with honey and fermented in the same process as kombucha. It is often referred to as the champagne of kombuchas because of its crisp tiny white bubbles."

Peanut Brothers
@peanutbro

"Peanut Brothers is a healthy brand making flavored peanut butter spreads that are lower in calories than traditional industrial brands and have low-glycemic value thanks to only 1gr of added maple sugar."

Tierra Negra
@tierranegrasalsa

"Tierra Negra is a premium Mexican dark salsa made out of dried chili peppers, with all natural ingredients, cooked in olive oil with no preservatives. Founder and CEO Ivan Gutierrez is a third generation restauranteur from the Pilsen neighborhood and is "orgulloso" (proud) of his Mexican-American heritage and hopes to inspire others. Our mission is to create unexpected Mexican flavors using century old ingredients for the modern world."

Krackish
@krackishsnackco

"We founded Krackish with a simple idea: to make our rendition of the beloved furikake snack mix from Hawaii's home kitchens. The result: "The OG", a classic flavor profile of sweet, salty, and umami. Flanked by "The Bean" and "The Rooster", our lineup was inspired by our journey through life, living in different cities and experiencing different cultures. Each flavor tells a story of its own, yet they all share one common trait: they're addictive in the best possible way."

Divine Bites
@divinebitesbakery

"Divine Bites Bakery is dedicated to creating gourmet cookies that bring a playful yet sophisticated twist to classic flavors. Our cookies are crafted with high-quality ingredients and a passion for flavor experimentation, delivering the perfect balance of crispy edges and soft centers that cookie lovers crave."

@bigsisbevs

"Big Sis Syrups are local honey, maple syrup and monk fruit syrups infused with botanical herbs and spices. Big Sis Syrups were created by an experienced barista as a unique all natural alternative to repetitive artificial syrup flavors. Our syrups can be used in coffee, matcha, teas, lemonade, sparkling water, cocktails, charcuterie boards, cooking, baking, breakfast foods and more."
